ABOUT US

Sudhir Fasteners (SF) established in 1983 caters to fastening requirements of customers in wide range of industries and applications. The company is an ISO TS 9001:2015 certified operation spanning over an area of 20,000 square feet and employing a work force of 50 persons between engineering, production and quality. Sudhir Fasteners relies on in-house design, development and program management capabilities bolstered through experience acquired over a period of 30 years; to provide best in class customer experience.

Sudhir Fasteners is located in the Satpur MIDC industrial park in Nasik (Maharashtra). The facility spans over 20,000 sq feet. Between Sudhir Fasteners and sister concern Mujumdar Enterprises we house cold forming, heat treatment and plating facilities.

Forming Process (cold heading and threading)
  • 14000 MT annually

Heat Treatment
  • SCADA enabled continuous mesh type furnace
  • Hardening, tempering and furnace furnace
