LOW / MEDIUM CARBON FASTENERS



Low and medium carbon fasteners are typically characterised with a lower percentage of carbon which imparts properties like hardness and tensile strength. Consequently, these products are relatively softer and better suited for applications with lesser fastening load requirements. Application

HIGH CARBON FASTENERS



High Carbon fasteners are typically characterised by larger percentage of carbon and presence of other elements such as boron, silica and magnesium which impart higher tensile strength and hardness. These fasteners are typically made using hardening and tempering heat treat process. We supply high tensile fasteners in 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 grades. Application

SELF TAPPING FASTENERS



Self tapping fasteners typically drill its own hole as it drives in to the material. The fasteners are best suited for cosmetic applications on account of nut less fastening design and smaller sizes. The self tapping threads are classified as A type, B type and AB type depending on thread geometry and end type characteristics and specific applications.
